1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.2 Return Period
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any physical product.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Online or venue-based consultations or workshops
1.4 Refund Process
To initiate a return of physical goods, please contact us to receive further instructions. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.
2. Refunds
2.1 Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
2.3 Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
